- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in program management within design or UX organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with the product development lifecycle.
- Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to drive strategy.
- Experience owning, driving, or facilitating strategic planning or
Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) development. - Understanding of consumer payments experiences and global payments architecture (e.g., geo-specific forms of payment).
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and investigative skills, with the ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
