You will:
Focuses on specific client’s technologies as they relate to Dell solution offerings and assists in selling activities and positioning of assigned technologies. Provides in-depth expertise for assigned technologies and associated Dell products.
Delivers technical presentations to sales teams with the purpose of increasing the knowledge base to drive greater demand and delivers technical presentations to customers to act as a technical expert and consultant to deliver solutions.
Develops a keen understanding of customer needs and links them to the organization's products and/or services and provides feedback to product development teams.
May identify additional sales opportunities with existing customers and may demonstrate feasibility of a technology or a solution, often requiring a product demo for client. Maintains up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of Dell’s and competitors' products and/or services.
Presents technology-related materials to external customers and explains technical aspects of featured products. Acts as a subject matter expert to sales team and champions or assists to assure that specific knowledge is disseminated across the entire customer team
Essential Requirements
Advanced knowledge of technical products, vendors and families of technologies
Excellent understanding of product configurations
Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and leadership
Desirable Requirements 8 to 12 years of related experience in a relationship selling role
Bachelor’s degree
