What you will do
In this role, you will expand Red Hat’s revenues and the adoption of our hybrid cloud technologies across your territory via the ecosystem.
You will develop a community of influencing, reselling, and services partners that will help your team of commercial sellers and customers win.
You will advise our partner account management team on new partner recruitment and capability development needs.
The PSE is an ecosystem co-selling expert who brings together partners and Red Hat commercial sellers to identify, develop, and close business together.
The PSE will also take on the co-selling role with the partner when a commercial seller isn't present or assigned.
You will work with Red Hat sellers to educate them on how partners win, what they need from Red Hat, what to expect from them, and where they fit along the customer tech journey.
You will sponsor and drive partner-seller opportunity plans.
What you will bring:
The PSE is aligned with our Western Canada Commercial territories. You will be expected to meet bookings and revenue goals by driving new pipeline, accelerating customer adoption of our technologies and cross-selling new solutions with partners.
You will team with partner sellers and drive new campaigns and sales plays.
You will help drive partner services focused on Red Hat automation, virtualization, cloud migration and modernization.
