- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or related fields.
- 7 years of analytics experience (i.e., BI, data engineering/science, etc.) using SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD.
- Experience with Machine Learning (ML).
- Experience analyzing ML models performance or working on Large Language Model (LLM) prompting, training or developing LLMs.
- Experience working with Engineering and Product teams to create tools, solutions, or automation to improve user safety.
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
