Key Skills and Qualifications:
6+ years of experience
Strong ability to analyze process workflows and data to identify opportunities for improvement, understand root cause of pain points, develop innovative solutions, and craft future state.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate process changes and benefits to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment.
High level of self-motivation and planning in order to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
Process oriented with the ability to apply Lean methodology to drive improvements.
