1. Providing expert guidance to engineering teams on technical matters
2. Leading research and development efforts to explore new technologies and methodologies.
3. Encouraging innovation within the team and identifying opportunities for improvement.
4. Ensure that lab activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, to have full involvement in quality audits.
5. Oversee analytical data and ensure accuracy and integrity
6. Collaborate with development team for local technology upgrade or improvement.

1. Education

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Pure Science(Chemistry), Material Science or Physics.

2. Experience

• A minimum of 2 years or more relevant work experience in media manufacturing and lab management is preferred.

3. Communication / Negotiation

• Able to communicate effectively within the department, across interdepartmental teams, and between different business sites
• Able to lead and influence the entire team toward achieving departmental goals and objectives that align with the company's playbook

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide a clear vision and mission to the team to drive business accomplishment.
