JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Finance Analyst here atHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in managing the planning andforecasting processes, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Sales &Revenue Optimization (SRO), and Pulse reviews. You will be accountable forconducting variance analysis on actuals versus plan, effectively managing KPIs,and delivering actionable insights. Additionally, you will oversee standardcost controls for new SKUs, manage periodic costing runs, and review PurchasePrice Variance (PPV) and Material Usage Variance (MUV). In this role, you will also monitor capitalexpenditures (Capex), manage inventory, and conduct IOS reviews. Enforcing costcontrols and assisting revenue generation to meet the business case paybackdedication will be essential, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.Collaborating with Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) functions to drive operationalefficiency will be part of your responsibilities. You will also provide supportfor various fiscal requirements to ensure compliance with the Maquiladora operatingstructure. Analyzing revenue mix, performing dock walks, and maintainingfinancial dashboards and reporting tools will be crucial in this role. Delivering ad-hoc financial analysis andreports, while providing proactive support in budgeting, forecasting, andvariance analysis, will be expected. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the planning and forecastingprocesses, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Sales & RevenueOptimization (SRO), and Pulse reviews
  • Conduct variance analysis on actualsversus plan, effectively managing KPIs and delivering actionable insights
  • Oversee standard cost controls for newSKUs, manage periodic costing runs, and review Purchase Price Variance (PPV)and Material Usage Variance (MUV)
  • Monitor capital expenditures (Capex),manage inventory, and conduct IOS reviews
  • Facilitate the start-up of operations byestablishing a robust Management Operating System (MOS) and providing necessaryguidance
  • Enforce cost controls and facilitaterevenue generation to meet the business case payback dedication, ensuringfinancial objectives are achieved
  • Work with Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)functions to drive operational efficiency • Provide support for various fiscalrequirements to ensure compliance with the Maquiladora operating structure
  • Analyze revenue mix, perform dock walks,and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools
  • Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis andreports, while providing proactive support in budgeting, forecasting, andvariance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP,Sarbanes-Oxley, and internal control standards
  • Coordinate the development andmaintenance of internal procedures for accounting and budgeting activities
  • Assist in training personnel in financialprocesses to ensure consistency and adherence to compliance standards
  • Serve as a liaison for management,providing guidance and support in the absence of supervision

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting,or a related field
  • 3+ years of Strong accounting/ financialanalysis experience or related roles
  • English Proficiency, Proficiency in Englishlanguage to clearly communicate and work with international stakeholders (Mandatory)
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling andforecasting
  • Excellent communication and presentationskills
