Video Producer, Supervising Associate

Your key responsibilities
You can expect to lead and manage complex video/audio projects through the full development and production lifecycle including planning, budgeting, storyboarding, concepting, scripting and execution of audio and video production and publishing. You’ll be strategizing and consulting with internal clients to understand their message and assist them in transforming their content into a visual medium of animation or video that effectively conveys their strategic business objectives. You’ll lead high-level, complex video/audio projects, develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets, edit and utilize existing video footage as well as direct the creation of new footage. You’ll be conducting video interviews with internal clients and coaching senior leaders on camera performance. You’ll support all levels of the organization during the video experience, including coaching “C” suite executives and put subjects at ease to elicit the best possible experience during the entire video shoot.
You’ll be the creative lead supervising the daily operations ofthe New York City video studio including creating an exceptional client experience and managing studio facility operations to ensure optimal functioning and presentation of the studio.You’ll interface with clients and internal talent on set to maximize creative output and elevate the level of studio projects. Serve as the lead for webcasting technologies and studio production while leading high-level, complex video/audio shoots, and developing detailed project plans. You’ll direct and supervise creative personnel onsite and remotely. You’ll be leading, coaching, and mentoring project team members in producing creative and innovative deliverables that meet internal client demands and expectations.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree in related fieldor equivalent training and work experience in video production/post-production
- Creative, digital portfolio demonstrating outstanding conceptual thinking and design skills
- Eight years as a video producer with studio supervision experience(as a studio director, production manager, video producer/editor) supervising and directing creative talent and interviewing and coaching “C” suite executives
- 4 years of experience managing studio personnel and operations
- Corporate video production experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a financial services organization
- Advanced knowledge of video/digital production, editing, motion graphics and sound mixing techniques
- Strong understanding of live studio production technologies, including directing multicamera switched video productions, live multicamera webcasts in studio and on location, video switchers, studio lighting, sets/backgrounds and audio
- Technical excellence in operating various types of video and DSLR cameras, lenses, lighting and sound equipment with the ability to direct the right shot for the project
- Advanced understanding of various audio/video editing software such as: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Encoder, Final Cut Pro
- Ability to rapidly learn new technologies on a frequent basis and guide others to do the same
- Ability to build relationships with the highest level of leadership, to skillfully liaison between groups of people to bring positive solutions that meet business objectives
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and Workfront
- Experience working and mentoring in a virtual environment

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $71,100 to $133,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $85,300 to $151,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
