What you'll do...

  • Manage Cyber Security financials and headcount forecasting. Reconcile actuals to forecast monthly and coordinate with Finance and Business Office
  • Coordinate Cyber Security Department annual business planning and budget setting processes
  • Provide regular status updates to the Cyber Security leadership team in weekly staff meetings
  • Manage the departmental SharePoint site (Cyber Security) to facilitate collaboration within the team. Track key documentation for accuracy and proper retention
  • Coordinate ad hoc assignments that affect all teams in the Cyber Security organization
  • Scope: All teams under Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) globally

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on finance, economics, or a similar field preferred
  • 3+ years in financial and headcount management experience
  • Ability to work with and present to senior management
  • Networking and relationship building skills
  • Project management experience
  • Budget process and planning experience

Even better, you may have...

  • Experience using Ariba
  • Knowledge of NICUS or similar financial reporting software
  • SharePoint site management/administration
  • Experience working with a global team
  • Passion for building functional and technical excellence
  • Accountability for ensuring process discipline globally
