- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Trust and Safety, policy, business strategy, or related fields.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's or PhD.
- Experience working in close partnerships with teams developing or training Generative AI products and models.
- Experience with development or maintenance of policy and identifying associated risks.
- Understanding of Non-technical AI systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive change at all levels of the organization.
