Support Insurance Policy and Claims Processing System engagement teams in the field supporting integration, configuration, and data migration. Lead development of system requirements and design aligned to technology architecture; apply system analysis techniques and procedures including meeting with various resources to qualify required information, analyzing, and interpreting requirements); and/or lead team members to develop conceptual, logical and physical data models. Manage a portfolio of talent within a designated service line. Work in a collaborative environment where everyone works together to create a better working world. Stay on top of trends in the software industry. Help businesses achieve the full potential of their data.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business, Industrial Administration, Information Systems Management, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate insurance work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business, Industrial Administration, Information Systems Management, or related field and 4 years of insurance work experience.

Must have 2 years of experience leading a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion, and testing.

Must have 4 years of experience working on one or a combination of these system related activities:
- Software configuration;
- Software development;

Must have 4 years of experience working at an Insurance company or comparable experience working as an advisor to property and casualty insurance carriers on personal or commercial lines of businesses.

Requires domestic and regional travel up to 50% of the time to serve client needs.
