Based in San Jose, CA, you will support all financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for eBay Global Shipping team,

What you will accomplish:

• Responsible for the monthly financial close, journal entries,accuratereporting of expenses, and managing the headcount targets, whilstassuringfinancial compliance.

• Financial planning and reporting (monthly forecasting, annualbudgetingand strategiclong-termplanning)

• Understand accounting policies andaccuratefinancial reporting/forecasting for capital expenditures

• Provide monthly reports comparing actual trends against budget and forecast assumptions for each business

• Analyze financial data toidentifytrends and areas of potential risk.

• Develop andmaintainrelationships withstakeholders.

• Canusevarious systems and tools forappropriate datagatheringconsolidation and analysis of financial data vital for managementreporting.

• Accurately andtimelyprepare monthly management reports andassistwithadditionalAd Hoc reporting requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams and analyzing existing data.

• FA Cost Managementsupporting the month end close process, including booking accruals, cost centermanagement,and flux analysis

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting,Economics, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in Finance

• Experience with financial systems and tools such as SAP

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software

• Ability Towork withdeadlines

• Self-starter who shows thedesire to learn andhasa great intellectual curiosity
