You will be responsible for your geographic area from where you live and facility to work from home is required. Out of country travel may be required to meet ad hoc needs, and frequent travel out of office (or Home) is part of job requirement to attend customer sites.

Maintain the customer equipment to the required standard regularly performs preventive maintenance and promptly intervene on maintenance needs

System diagnosis: Diagnosis and escalation for rectification of issues in application software.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience within service engineering

Experience with Experion PKS Hardware & Software, in addition to Hiway, TDC, & TPS system experience including LCN, UCN, and Hiway equipment along with PC/Networking experience

Degree qualification or equivalent Apprenticeship Qualification in an area of Technology - Electronics, Automation, Control/Instrumentation, Cyber, Computer Science

Minimum one Level 4 CEAT and one Level 3 CEAT certification

Full UK driving license
