QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 8 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager - Data & Analytics, Vice President of Analytics & Solutions, Business Intelligence (BI) Architect/Consultant, Program Manager/Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires eight (8) years of experience with the following skills: using data analysis tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics to analyze data trends and patterns; statistical concepts and methods for hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and data modeling; machine learning algorithms and their applications for predictive analytics and data-driven decision-making; using data visualization tools to communicate insights; using SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval; and Data Integration and ETL (Extract, Transform and Load). Requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills: using Big Data technology including Hadoop and Apache Spark for processing and analyzing large datasets (datasets greater than 0.5 TB); using cloud architecture and cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to perform data analytics services; using programming languages including Python and R for data analysis and scripting; contributing to open source, micro services, cloud, and API development; project management throughout the entire product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery; using Agile software development methodologies to drive iterative product development and continuous improvements; and working with cross-functional teams to liaise between business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
