- Solid Content Strategy
- Promotion Strategy:Continually listen, analysis on the dynamic marketing,policy & media environment to amplify communications impact & merchandise.
- Engagement Strategy: cross-function coordinating capability and engage with key stakeholders. He/she must have knowledge and/or experience of the corporate brand, business, and products/solutions to respond correctly.
- Communications logistics and event management and coordination: working with team to support key communications activities operations and onsite management.
Writing & Content development.
- Strong sense & creation of compelling content (press release, social media assets etc.)
Budget & Analysis
- Manage budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Enhance the unified interface of specific programs as the key focal point.
requirements:
- Bachelor and above degree in communications, journalism, digital/new media, digital marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years solid Communications/ Marketing & Communications /new media experience in an in-house corporate (healthcare industry preferred)or marketing communications department or agency.
- A creative, strategic thinker but pragmatic and hands-on in execution; strong planning and priority setting skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective interpersonal / communications skills including excellent Chinese writing skills and a good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of integrated PR and communications, their respective participants (traditional PR channel and some specific social media channel incl. wehcat, weibo, Red note, TikTok etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Preferred to demonstrate success in managing multi-channel comms campaigns (Budget > $100K) and leading cross-function or virtual team to perform a project.
- Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others.
