- Contribute and lead multi-discipline teams to deliver world-class projects.
- Effectively lead project tasks and project teams with diverse technical skill sets and geographic locations.
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Work to build a cooperative partnership between the client, and all stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the projects.
- Collaborate on and contribute to maintaining and building strong client relationships.
- Assist with business development and marketing efforts to help grow the business with both existing and new clients in KY.
- Drive health and safety in all aspects of project execution including field, office, and personal environments.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the design of water and wastewater treatment, collection, and distribution projects and related construction activities.
- Demonstrated experience with project management, staff management, and/or business development.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects.
- Current KY PE or ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Masters of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field.
- 15+ years of related experience in the water/wastewater industry.
- Recent experience working with clients in the KY market.
