Key Qualifications
Fluent in French (mandatory); advanced in English.
Strong stakeholder management skills, experience supporting senior executives is a plus.
Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly way with a positive and energetic approach.
Capable of promoting and advocating for the team's services and capabilities.
Project management skills to track and oversee enablement initiatives.
Experience in creating reports, presentations, and training materials, as well as leading facilitation sessions.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with strong organizational skills.
