As a part of a team, you will act as a Resource Manager to provide consistent, high quality services to key individual stakeholders.

Responsibilities

· Ensure resource schedules are timely and accurately updated on the scheduling tools

· Optimize resource utilization through effective scheduling strategies.

· Develop a strong business continuity framework for self and team

· Develop strong working relationships with client servers as well as with experience management teams onshore.

· Independently responds to EM and internal client’s ad hoc reporting requests while also being responsible for producing reoccurring reports within agreed upon deadlines

To qualify for the role, you must have

· Advance English level

· Intermediate working knowledge of Excel
