Establish and maintain RMS data governance routines in compliance with Citi Data Governance Policy (CDGP) and Citi Data Governance Standard
Manage Intake, Initial Analysis and inventory of Data Concern Remediation Management (DCRMs)
Coordinate RMS compliance with the Model Risk Management requirements for Model Data Template and authorized data sources.
Coordinate and Maintain RMS practices in support of Citi Data Elements to calculate and complete the Chevrons within Data Operating Model (DOM)
Attend internal and external Data Governance Forums to maintain alignment with changes to Citi Data requirements.
Coordination of escalation and communication to upstream teams for Data Quality and Data Concerns identified within RMS.
Work to coordinate cross-functionally to haveearlyawareness of system changes and assess their impacts to RMS data governance.
Assist with Intake and Planning for Data Governance related Issues
Ensure executive leadership has clear visibility into the status, risks, and progress of data governance initiatives through structured reporting and communication frameworks.
Assist in coordinating regulatory responses, audit requirements, and risk assessments related to data governance.

Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes for RMS team, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities.
Headcount planning and cost center coordination.
Ongoing coordination of budget line items throughout the year.
Assist Business Account Owners (BAOs) with end to end Third Party Risk Management engagement (sourcing, contracts, annual assessments)
Partner with the In Business Credit and Franchise Risk Business Execution Team on all deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Economics or a related field (MBA preferred)*
10+ years of relevant experience
Sound knowledge of statistical modeling data concepts and industry best practices; experience with econometric and statistical modeling or application risk scoring data, credit risk modeling frameworks and their regulatory requirements (OCC, CFPB, Fed).
Excellent quantitative and analytic skills; ability to derive patterns, trends and insights, and perform risk/reward trade-off analysis.
Experience with analytical or data manipulation tools (e.g. SAS, SQL, R, C Programming in UNIX) Proficient with MS Office suite.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with strong attention to detail and execution focus.
Ability to drive innovation via thought leadership while maintaining end-to-end view.
Effective cross-functional project, resource, and stakeholder management; effectively engage with internal audit and external regulators.
