General Responsibilities:

• Executing and Receiving inbound calls and required outbound calls to Digital Dealers

• Reviewing and completing steps/tasks that overflow from traditional ARM Pods

• Supporting “Digital Dealers” that do not require Relationship manager assistance, but do require funding expertise

• Work together with Centralized Team Members to provide Brand Defining White Glove Service in support of our Digital Products

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

• At least 6 months of Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree

• 1+ years experience in Automotive Funding experience

• 1+ years experience in Customer Service experience
