Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of a strategic vision for people data and analytics
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address their people data and analytics needs
  • Develop and implement a data governance framework to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of people data
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of data analytics and data product managers.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand stories and insights for broad audiences
  • Use data to drive decision-making and improve employee experience
  • Build an analytics culture by communicating the value of analytics to the broader People and Places and executive communities
  • Collaborate with other analytics and technology functions across the organization to collaborate on solutions, share best practices and insights and lead adoption of enterprise analytics technologies
  • Develop strong partnership with People & Places leadership team to create relevant and actionable insights and analytics solutions for the business
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in people data and analytics in particular on emerging trends in AI for analytics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with a focus on people data
  • Strong leadership and management skills with proven experience in transforming individuals into a high performing team
  • Ability to work well through ambiguity, confidence in making tough calls and leading through adversity with a sharp focus on the eventual right outcomes
  • Track record of a commitment to Diversity and Inclusion and a belief that diverse teams bring better business and customer outcomes
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, develop analytics solutions to challenges and drive the implementation of the solution
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand stories and insights
  • Experience with AI and machine learning, with record of practical application of these technologies
  • Passion for using data to drive decision-making and improve employee experience
  • Strong work ethic, commitment to sweat the details with extreme ownership and end-to-end thinking
  • Master's degree in business administration, data science, statistics, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
