- Experience in the water or wastewater engineering industry.
- Minimum of an accredited Honours STEM Degree (NFQ Level 8)
- Achieved, or working towards, Chartered Status (CEng) with a recognised Professional Institution or equivalent.
- Good motivation, influencing and people management skills so that you can lead a team and provide support for developing engineers whilst continuing to develop your own career.
- Demonstrable solutions focussed technical or design skills.
- Proactive, keen to take ownership of client relationships and be part of a wider team which contributes to the growth of our business.
- Interest in future technologies and knowledge about the challenges within industry, including; data, carbon and sustainability.
- Holistic understanding of the various facets of multi-disciplinary projects.
- Understanding/ awareness of Project Management principals including scheduling, budgeting and contracts.
