Support the Global Process team, Service Delivery Operations, and Magellan team with functionality design for the procure-to-pay (PTP) process.
Assist with testing (drafting and executing test scripts) of PTP activities in the new S/4Hana and MyBuy S4 systems.
Train team members and end users on new functionalities in the PTP area through various training forums, including group, 1:1, and online sessions.
Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
Support in cleansing activities
Documenting the process, and support in updating desktop procedures
Support in defect management
Single point of contact during hyper care

Requirements:
Experience within a Shared Service Centre (Finance-related) environment.
Experience with Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP) and Vendor Master processes.
Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in SAP ERP (FI module) and ARIBA; experience with S/4Hana is a plus.
Experience with project participation is a plus.
