Your key responsibilities
Key responsibilities will vary, but will include
- Data analysis and reporting – in particular in relation to the leadership pipeline, monthly DE&I report, deep dive analysis to the DE&I tracker, adhoc requests for meetings and events
- General DE&I co-ordination – e.g. production of the monthly stakeholder call and following up on action points
- Project management of the functions – tracking programs progress and problem solving to overcome barriers
- Design, development and execution of campaigns (to include internal and external social media) e.g., IDAHOT, Flextober, international women’s day with development of best practice toolkits, refreshing thought leadership and sharing with the stakeholder groups
- DE&I consulting and support for Regions and Service Lines
- Development and ongoing upkeep of the Area intranet pages, latest news section, SharePoint pages, resources and team meeting pages
- General governance – e.g. budget management
- External relationship management – e.g., external suppliers like Community Business
- Attending webinars/conferences and sharing best practice with stakeholder group
- Power BI and SharePoint user
- Knowledge of EY brand /sharing info through ppt, graphs and excel.
Skills and attributes for success

- Strong past experience and track record of successful project management
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills especially in HR and talent reporting analysis and report development
- Good experience of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint building and maintaining pages
- An ability to think laterally and creatively and work independently
- A disposition to be a self starter, comfortable in working on your own and with teams, sometimes to tight timescales
- An ability to work with ambiguity
- A positive style of communication (written and verbal) that can both engage and influence
- An ability to build good diversity networks – both across EY and externally across cultures
- A commitment to continuous learning and cultural competence
- Ideally experience of change management and reporting
- Experience of influencing at all levels of the organisation
Education:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in any discipline required.
Experience:
- 7+ years or more of professional experience, preferably Talent Operations and Reporting
