Are you passionate about People Analytics and working closely with various Human Resources functional areas?
Do you have primary experience with Workday Reporting and Analytics, and love diving into sophisticated technical solutions?
In this role, you are responsible for developing and maintaining People Analytics and enabling the whole organization to use this data for decision-making. You will maintain a strong collaboration with other People Analytics Specialists to ensure data maintenance, integrity and quality are kept at a high level. Moreover, you will be responsible for governing the utilization and publication of data as well as continuous governance of data-related tasks.
You will:
Data Modelling & Quality: Gather and analyse data, using statistical models/tools and continuously improve the provided value for people and HR data analytics. Be responsible for designing and managing Datasets in Prism and for transforming data into Datasets utilized by other analysts and the business. Develop the strategy for handling multiple Datasets and find opportunities for data cleansing and filtering. Support the development of more efficient Data Governance and Quality controls, and govern the utilization of datasets and reports with regular audits. Support the governance of regular Reporting and Data Model related requests.
Analytics Package: Provide HR data to understand the current and potential future workforce to enable Sony HR to drive real business results and value. Manage and create the Data Catalog with full access to Prism. Publish Datasets for the business and govern the creation of reports and data visualizations for end-users. Visualize HR data for conclusive output through Discovery Boards/Dashboards. Find new ways for interpreting data by blending different datasets. Maintain Product Offerings,
Consultancy: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business needs and how they relate to People Analytics. Support the organization in converting raw data into actionable reports and data visualizations. Increase the data literacy of the organization and drive continuous improvements.
Continuous Learning & Development: Train users in People Analytics Product offerings and in understanding the data. Provide analytical capabilities to the organization based on the Global HR data structures defined by the People Analytics team. Communicate/promote People Analytics Product offerings and increase the adoption.
You will bring:
Knowledge of Workday Reporting and Analytics essential, Workday Prism Analytics and Snaplogic beneficial
Previous experience of translating business needs into technical solutions and maintaining global employee and HR data
In-depth knowledge, skill and competence in developing analytical models, including master data management, profiling, data mining and applied statistics
Ability to learn quickly, adapt, self-direct work and meet deadlines
Strong logical and analytical skills with the ability to analyse, report and explain complex technical topics to end users
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Knowledge or experience with the various Human Resources functional areas (e.g., Rewards, Talent Acquisition) beneficial
