What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Oversee project construction and ensure customers/ vendors comply with Tesla guidelines
Work with Project Engineer and Sr. Project Manager to complete BESS site commissioning and smoothly handover to Field Service
Being an interface with customers and various project stakeholders under project construction phase
Work with Business Development Manager, Sales Engineer, Project Engineer and Sr. Project Manager on reviewing pre-construction planning
- Coordinate product delivery to site by collaborating with Business Operations
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting of all incidents per developed EHS SOP’s.
- Identify challenges affecting feasibility and timeline for commissioning and provide creative and resourceful solutions to cope with
- Ensure project documentation is current and preserved in the assigned document repositories
- BS degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent technical background
- Fluent in Japanese and business proficiency in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe, Excel
- Experience in Industrial or utility scale power generation and construction is desirable
- 3+ relevant infrastructure program/ project management experience
- Comfort and experience working in highly dynamic and changing environment.
- Ability to identify potential problems and resolve timely
- Ability to work on-site regularly Proficiency in both technical and commercial communications
- Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Strong team player with positive energy; Willing to learn, passion and humble
