What you'll do...
What you'll do:
- Establish as the guardian of the Identity Platform, ensuring solid design and implementation – championing refactoring and driving evolution of the architecture.
- Lead the observability of the Identity Platform ensuring reliability, and low MTTD and MTTR. Lead the team in the RCA and resolution of issues/incidents.
- Collaborate with counterparts on adjacent teams to advance the charter of Identity as a platform.
- Liaise with the core platform team to ensure the Identity platform keeps up with the standard of excellence.
- Coach other engineers in the build out of a sustainably performant Identity Platform
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in the design of functional and technical solutions for complex Identity concerns spanning authentication, authorization, and session management.
- Expert level, hands-on coding skills on the various frameworks adopted by the team.
- Evangelist of software engineer patterns, tools, frameworks, and processes.
- Passion to secure the customer’s account while reducing friction in their digital experience.
- Compassionate technical coach that leads from the front.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
