What a typical day looks like:
- Partner with the business leaders in organization planning & development to enhance organization agility and capability as well as meeting the need of growing business.
- Lead HR initiatives and projects such as: with the support from business partners and HR centers of excellence (COEs)
- technical competences assessment and enhancement,
- promote the learning culture,
- recruit and nurture graduate engineers
- leadership development
- communication, culture building and engagement program etc.
- Be responsible for regular regional HR metric.
- Explores the external market and internal best practices and implements appropriate best practices & innovations in the organization;
- Monitor the labor legislation and implements required changes to advocate and enhance integrity and compliance
- Lead and develop the site HR team to provide the service to the organizations supported
- Administration coordination support.
- Other tasks assigned by manager
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- 10 years of professional HR experience;
- Manufacturing exposure is highly desirable.
- Master in project management;
- Bachelor´s degree is mandatory;
- Good communication in English, both written and oral;
- Proficient in Microsoft office software, eg. excel, PPT etc
