Key job responsibilitiesAs a Support Engineer within the Global MAP OE team you will:- deploy software solutions to our production facilities, remotely or on-site- manage trouble tickets to resolution or escalation using existing documentation, procedures, and tools
- maintain products and systems and perform change management activities using existing documentation or with support from peers
- identify improvements to existing support processes and contribute to support documentation updates and creation

2+ years of software development for Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA and HMI)Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysBachelor's degree in engineering or equivalentExperience troubleshooting and debugging technical systemsExperience in UnixExperience in scripting in modern program languages

Degree in Industrial Automation or Electrical EngineeringExperience as Control systems engineer / Automation engineerDeep knowledge of SCADA systemsDeep knowledge OEE systemsDeep knowledge of AWS services
