Your will be tasked to ensure smooth HR Operations and handling of operational HR tasks in Israel.
You will be the second level support for any kind of HR inquiries coming from local employees and managers in accordance with our Service Level Agreements.
You will onboard new hires and support the related administrative processes as well as support contractual changes, support benefits- and termination administration cases.
You will be asked to promote our standard intake channels to interact with People & Culture (the P&C Operational Model) and support local HR communication activities around that.
You will partner closely with all other P&C functions locally and globally like the HR Business Partners (HRBP), HR Advisors and HR Center of Excellences (CoE) to solve issues and to deliver e.g. Post Merger Integration projects and service improvements.
You will need to be open to strive for constant feedback from our customers to identify opportunities for improvement, captures knowledge in our internal Knowledge Base and will be responsible for maintaining our Local SAP ONE Pages.
You will need to build reliable relationships with all Global HR Service Delivery functions, CoEs teams, HRBPs, and other People & Culture departments to facilitate the delivery of our Services. You will need to collaborate and interact with vendors and governmental Institutions and ensure that we have identified and execute the most efficient, compliant, and effective process.
Education and qualifications / Skills and competencies:
Business Degree preferred
Knowledge of Israeli legislation is a must, experienced in interacting with Works council is a plus
Experience in administrating HR processes
Quality driven, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy with an exceptional attention to details
Able to accept and embrace continuous changes and improvement. Able and willing to adapt new learnings and tools
Able to plan, work, drive and own initiatives and independently execute them without supervision
Ability to work in a truly international team where team members are located in different locations and belong to different cultures
Experienced to work with confidential information
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Professional communication skills; both written and spoken in Hebrew and English are mandatory and essential
Work experience:
+2 years of work experience in a comparable HR role
Strong Customer service attitude
Knowledge in Israel Legislation and Labor law
Previous work experience in an HR Shared Service environment
Experience working in a multinational context, team, and company
