- 7+ years of experience in security engineering or threat detection
- Strong track record of people development and team building
- Deep understanding of security concepts, threat detection methodologies, and attack techniques
- Track record of building and scaling security programs
- Experience working with cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
- Ability to influence and drive consensus across multiple teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- 3+ years of people management experience in a technical role
- Background in machine learning or data science
