The Siri Comprehension & Planning organization is looking for a skilled and passionate generalist who can deliver high quality natural language dialog across many Siri product experiences. You will lead a team of ML experts and Software Engineers to support generative dialog experiences. You will work with cross-functional partners in Software Engineering, Human Interface Design, and other ML experts develop rich and delightful experiences built on the capabilities of Large Language Models.
- 7+ years of experience with software engineering in production systems (Swift/iOS experience strongly preferred)
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of experienced software engineers
- Experience building and shipping user-facing features at scale with cross-functional partners
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Machine Learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for project planning and cross-functional collaboration
- Passion for product and customer experience
- Excellent understanding of ML-based product lifecycle
- Prior experience with Apple products or AIML, highly desirable
