Publisher Account Manager, SMB – Central Europe and Africa (London based)
You would be responsible for the successful management and growth of our publisher partners across our Central European markets and Africa.
Responsibilities and skills:
- Manage and grow relationships with SMB publishers in our Central European markets and Africa
- Be the expert on revenue optimisations & sell to a large and high volumes book of business
- Upselling Taboola’s product solutions
- Manage Implementation of new product solutions to launch working with technical teams
- Help identify trends and market conditions to pinpoint highest value optimisations
- Monitor and analyze metrics and proactively take steps to improve performance
- Work closely with the Sales & Product teams in order to become a valuable resource both internally and externally
Requirements
- Fluent English + another European language is a plus
- Experience in a professional client facing role (digital/media online publisher space preferred but not essential)
- Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain outstanding relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders including senior level executives, product, legal, tech, finance, sales and marketing
- Track record of closing business (upselling or new business) and driving long and complex sales cycles
- Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports
- Be able to effectively communicate in both external, client facing and internal, senior stakeholder facing environments
- Highly motivated, proactive, resourceful and creative to ensure your clients receive world class consulting
- High attention to detail, organised and with strong communication skills
- Self-starter with the will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
