Design and lead the developmentof cross-functional projects and products for our internal Human Resourcesapplication

Ensure consistency and quality ofprojects and use a data-driven approach leading to the identification of clearproblem statements and the implementation of potential solutions
Be the team's point of contactfor technical decisions and remove obstacles
Prioritize contrasting needsbased on the needs of the stakeholders
Handle multiple projects andtasks in parallel
Guide your stakeholders indefining and delivering clear requirements
What You’ll Bring
At least five years of experience in managing, designing andbuilding high scalable systems
Excellent knowledge of software design, testing practices, andsoftware analysis
Proven experience in being a tech lead for a minimum of twoyears, with teams made up of engineers
Knowledge in the latest backend and frontend web stack: .NETcore, C#, and Angular or React
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, i.e., MongoDB, MySQL,or MSSQL
Must be proficient user in JIRA, Confluence and Git
Some degree of flexibility is desired as different teamswork in different time zones
