What You’ll Do
  • Optimize Equipment Reliability: Develop and implement customized proactive maintenance tasks to eliminate recurring equipment failures, catalog and manage a database of spare parts to improve inventory control
  • Data-Driven Maintenance Optimization: Utilize data analytics tools to build interactive dashboards that pinpoint high-downtime equipment stations, enabling targeted interventions to enhance throughput and reduce bottlenecks
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead incremental equipment enhancement projects with a practical, hands-on approach, utilizing reverse engineering, root cause analysis, 3D modeling, CNC machining, and advanced material selection to optimize reliability and equipment uptime
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, refine manufacturing processes, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reliability
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance optimization, and manufacturing process improvements in automotive manufacturing or high-volume production environments
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques, spare parts management, and process automation
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau preferred)
  • Practical experience with reverse engineering, root cause analysis, CNC machining, and 3D modeling (SolidWorks, AutoCAD preferred)
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles
