Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Political Science, Psychology, Statistics, Analytics, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Political Science, Psychology, Statistics, Analytics, or related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 3 years of experience in providing people and organizational change advisory and/or consulting services in large-scale, end to end transformations, including at least 2 of the following:
- Change Management
- Organizational Structure and Design
- Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment
- Organizational Governance
Must have 3 years of experience in transformation management for large scale business transformation projects and programs.
Must have 3 years of experience developing and delivering programs of work from planning to implementation, including managing project resources and budgets.
Must have 3 years of experience within one or a combination of the following:
- Experience within management consultancy selling and delivering large-scale change management projects; and/or
- Experience within a professional services firm selling and delivering large-scale change management projects.
Must have 3 years of experience managing a team of junior consulting professionals.
