As an EA Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of Executive Assistants, inclusive of:

• overseeing all aspects of the performance management cycle including employee performance evaluation, mid and year end reviews;
• coaching, goal setting and ongoing development and managing performance;
• stakeholder management, understanding Partners and Senior Leadership needs and expectations along with navigating wider business demands;
• recruitment and on-boarding of new EAs;
• resource management and workforce planning;
• building a high performance team and driving initiatives for continued improvement including leading engaging team meetings;
• working effectively across various teams and escalating issues to the Assigned Support Manger as necessary; and
• engagement of the Sydney EA Community including organising events and sessions to provide learning and support opportunities.
