Job Summary:

& MR will work independently and should have expert level capabilities and knowledge on Azure DevOps and associated Azure Services. He/she will be will responsible to Oversee and participate in designing strategies and automation to help teams to Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilizes knowledge of best practices for customizing DevOps Projects and Processes as per the project needs.
• Setup CI/CD and Release Pipelines for deploying different modules of the project.
• Setup Service Connections and Integrations with Sonar Cloud, Azure Resource Manager and others as needed by the project.
• Assist in managing Branch policies and Provide strategies for better branching and merging strategies tailored to each project requirements.
• With guidance manage Sonar Cloud for all the internal product development and implement solutions for enforcing better code quality and reporting.
• Use of Expert level PowerShell scripting for DevOps pipeline tasks and Azure Deployments
• Develop ARM templates and parameters for setting up new environments for the project.
• Manage Azure Resource group, Log analytics and PaaS Services as required by the project
• Develop custom extensions for DevOps for various business needs which are not available out of the box.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Work on DevOps Projects Pipelines, Dashboards, Test Management and Customized Processes.
• Use of Private Git for Projects and strategies for branching and merging tailored to different projects.
• PowerShell Scripting for custom task requirements within DevOps pipeline.
• Connectivity to App Center for Releasing Apps for Windows, Android and iOS and Manage different distribution groups and Intune Store.
• Develop ARM templates for creating new environments for the project as one Click deployment.
• Knowledge on Agile Methodologies and customizing process work items along with custom Rules to meet the business needs.
• Develop custom extensions for Azure DevOps by making use of DevOps Rest API.
• Knowledge of Test Management and Modern Requirement within DevOps is a Plus.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Overall 4+ years of experiences TFS/VSTS or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work in a global and virtual environment and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced & complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic; utilize sound judgment with an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
• Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
• Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policy at all times.

Physical And Travel Requirements

• 15% travel, including global travel
• Occasional on-call work required
