We are looking for a hands-on technologist who wants to make an impact. As part of the team, you will:

• Provide operational and administrative support for the applications in the cloud, ensuring smooth functioning and availability.
• Continuously improve and automate the deployed systems, increasing efficiency and reducing manual effort.
• Implement new tools and utilize the latest M365 functions to enhance collaboration and productivity.
• Monitor incidents, identify the root cause, and troubleshoot effectively to minimize downtime.
• Evaluate the newest technologies for potential use in the IT environment, keeping up with the industry trends.
• Develop and maintain M365 security features, ensuring data protection and compliance.
• Manage M365 applications administration interfaces, ensuring smooth user experience.
• Maintain and implement third-party software, such as IAM and project planning software.
• Support in planning, developing, and implementing Azure Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance for projects, helping overcome challenges efficiently.
• Provide support for incidents at L3 and L2 levels, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact.

You have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study.
• 6+ years of experience with Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, and O365 technologies.
• 6+ years of experience with M365 applications such as Exchange online, SharePoint online, MS Teams, and Office Package.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with Agile and Continuous Delivery methodologies, as well as Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work in a virtual and global environment, while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Experience in operations, L3-L2 support, and on-call support.
• Strong passion and drive for technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent cross-functional skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
• Willingness to take responsibility, develop skills, and learn continuously.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Microsoft 365 and Azure Certification.
• Linux/Unix knowledge.
• Familiarity with MS Graph API (basic understanding).
