Your key responsibilities

To qualify for the role you must have

  • As a minimum, a bachelor's degree in in real estate (preferred), economics, finance, business or engineering and at least 1 year of related work experience

  • Familiarity with RHC terminology and good research skills

  • Good business English writing skills

  • Willingness to travel in the region (approximately 25%)

  • Excel and financial modelling skills. Argus experience strongly desired

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Middle East experience is beneficial

  • Good business acumen and strategic mind set

  • Arabic fluency is a plus
