Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in technical program management
- Experience with risk and incident management
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience identifying process improvements and quantifying impact.
- Experience with security in one or more of the following: threat modeling, incident response, OS hardening, vulnerability management, or pen testing.
- Understanding of the need for internal and external customers, and providing solutions that simplify their work in an optimum way, without compromising the outcome quality or experience.
- Ability to talk about technical issues with business people and express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences.
- Integrity, teamwork, and the ability to navigate in an evolving space.
- Excellent communications skills, especially with executive-level stakeholders.
