As anyou will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to client serving colleagues during standard office working hours through a precise, reliable and client-oriented mindset.


Your key responsibilities

Client Related Tasks:

  • Coordinate & support entire engagement lifecycle processes
  • Maintain client and engagement information & database
  • Monitor required conditions and documentation
  • Maintain and update draft and signed contracts in contract database
  • Follow up and maintain opportunities, engagement codes and billing flows in SAP to adjust or report any incorrect data
  • Inform managers/partners about outstanding documentation and action

Invoicing:

  • Support billing workflow processes, close cooperation with Billing & Finance teams
  • Keep records of payment schedules based on draft and signed contracts
  • Regularly notify managers of billing duties & call attention on potential issues

Other:

  • Prepare various reports using SAP and other software
  • Maintain effective written and oral communication with Assurance management and other department

To qualify for the role you must have

  • 2-3 years experience in similar role
  • Secondary school diploma
  • Proficiency in using SAP
  • Fluency in English and native Hungarian is a must
  • Reliable software user knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Ideally, you also have

University/college degree or any job related certificate is a definite advantage
