The intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in providing technical support for M365 services. This role will serve as a steppingstone for individuals interested in pursuing a career in IT support.This role is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the administration and management of M365 services, including Office 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
· Help resolve user issues and provide technical support for M365 applications.
· Contribute to the setup, deployment, and troubleshooting of M365 services and applications.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal performance and availability of M365 services.
· Document support processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
· Actively participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Basic knowledge of M365 suite (Office 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
· Familiarity with Windows operating systems and networking concepts.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
