What you will doing:
Lead and develop the APAC accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
Implement and maintain strong financial controls while supervising tax, statutory compliance, and risk management across the region.
Coordinate internal and external audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to accounting standards across the APAC region.
Provide strategic financial analysis to support decision-making, business performance, and regional initiatives such as government grants.
Support regional leadership with financial insights, operational guidance, and data-driven recommendations.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's and above degrees in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
15+ overall years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 8-10 years in leadership or managerial roles, ideally in multi-national companies.
Proven expertise in implementing financial strategies, managing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standards across APAC.
Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory filings, and compliance requirements within the APAC region.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with a demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional APAC languages is a plus.
