How you’ll spend your day
  • Manage processes, prepare reports, and conduct analyses across multiple product categories and customer classes of trade in support of account management teams and Trade Leadership.
  • Collaborate with Specialty and Brand Biosimilar Account Management teams across Trade, GPO, and Specialty Pharmacy to ensure operational excellence and manage sales reporting
  • Monitor and interpret sales, inventory, and contract compliance data across wholesalers, GPOs, retailers, and specialty pharmacies to identify trends and drive actionable insights.
  • Work with finance to develop processes for tracking strategic customer VIR programs and track sales performance of new product launches to ensure customers achieve projected forecasts.
  • Serve as a business partner to account management teams to provide customer or account reports and other information to facilitate contract negotiations.
  • Develop and prepare customer business reviews, briefing materials, and pre-reads to enable the Account Management team’s decision-making and customer engagement
  • Support activities around Product Life Cycle Management (Product deletions, Product Recalls, NDC changes, etc.)
  • Quarter & Year End inventory / opportunity analysis
  • Follows Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Other projects and ad hoc responsibilities as needed/assigned.
Your experience and qualifications

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience Required:
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience and proven success in biotech/pharmaceutical industry in Trade Relations, Value & Access or similar department at Pharmaceutical Manufacturer(s) and/or Wholesaler(s).
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships, deliver compelling presentations, and resolve issues diplomatically.
  • Demonstrates strong personal accountability and a proactive sense of urgency, with proven analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Track record of supporting executive-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic recommendation

Experience Preferred:

  • Trade, Generic, and/or Specialty pharmaceutical knowledge preferred.
  • Familiarity with payer, PBM, and specialty pharmacy dynamics; ability to link analytics to access and affordability strategies.
  • Strong understanding of wholesaler, specialty pharmacy, and institutional distribution channels, including GTN, chargebacks, fees, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of formulary management, rebate structures, step edits, specialty pharmacy agreements, GPO contracts, and commercial pricing policies

Functional Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced), data visualization (Tableau, Power BI), and database querying (SQL) for analytics and reporting.
  • Advanced capability in developing dashboards, scorecards, and financial models to track performance, profitability, and contract compliance
  • Experience providing insights to account managers, supporting QBRs, and contributing to account strategy planning
  • Ability to work independently with a focus on organization and follow through on projects.
Compensation Data

The annual starting salary for this position is between $106,480 – $133,100 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
