As a Principal TechnicalProgram Manager, you will helpquantum solutions. You will be expected to collaborate cross-functionally, working across hardwareand softwareengineering and design, quantum scientists, and leadership to bring quantum solutions to market for commercial customers – and will successfully guide solutions through key project milestones. You willbe responsible for

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+years’ experiencein engineering, product/technical program management, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience.

• years experiencemanaging cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

• years experienceshipping complex products using an end-to-end design development process.

• 3+ years experience in visual, written, and oral presentation skills.

• 3+ years experience in translating complicated highly technical information and solutions for different audiences - including internal leadership and customers or key partners.

Other Requirements:

The abilityto meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements arefor this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• requiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or preferred qualifications:

• Degree AND 12+years’ experiencein engineering, product/technical program management, or product development OR equivalent experience.

• years’ experiencemanaging cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 5+ years' people management experience.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully guide ambiguous and complicated products from concept to launch.
