WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create content. No surprise there, right?
Conceptualize, design, shoot and edit short-form video content for our Enterprise social handles, primarily TikTok and Meta platforms
Brainstorm big concepts one day and tackle detail-oriented projects the next
Develop and present custom concepts inspired by current trends and storytelling tactics
Develop and execute ideas on-the-go and in real-time at on-site events and experiences
Step in as on-camera talent when needed
Collaborate with a lot of talented people.
Work with your team—art directors, writers, creative directors, brand and marketing strategists, members of production— to explore social campaignopportunities, extensions, and produce them
Work with your partners—internal marketing and line-of-business
Create marketing content that cuts through the noise.
Monitor ongoing social and cultural conversations and trends unique to each platform, and identify topics that our target audience engages with to implementreal-time opportunities
Understand sound design and motion principles and be able to apply them within Adobe creative software
Understand the importance of integrated thinking across channels, products and audiences.
Understand the balance of creating for both the platform and for the brand while adhering to brand guidelines
Be willing to push the process and mindsets of others to create great customer experiences and strengthen our brand

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 3 years of designing for social media channels
At least 2 years experience concepting, shooting video, editing for social media campaigns
At least 2 years experience with Google Suite
At least 2 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years experience in app editing such as CapCut and Rush
3+ years of experience delivering and executing social media campaigns
3+ years of experience in one or more of the following marketing areas: B2B, Experiential, Performance, or Direct Response Marketing
Experience in the financial services industry
