Provide on-site IT support at our NYC HQ (22 Vanderbilt) and remote support for employees across the U.S.
Act as a point of escalation for SaaS-related technical issues, troubleshooting platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, MDM, and other SaaS tools.
Own and drive small- and large-scale IT projects, coordinating with internal and external teams to meet business objectives.
Create and update IT documentation, including technical guides and user-facing materials.
Act as an advocate for end-users, proactively identifying and resolving IT bottlenecks to enhance productivity.
Maintain and improve WiFi and networking infrastructure for our NYC office.
Conduct new hire IT orientations, providing best practices and training on company tools and policies.
Manage IT assets (ITAM), including desk setups, printer maintenance, and AV equipment to ensure seamless Town Hall and company events.
Support and maintain Zoom Rooms, ensuring optimal video conferencing performance.
Assist with user lifecycle management, provisioning/deprovisioning accounts, and managing role-based access controls.
Ensure IT security best practices and compliance with SOX 404, SOC 2, and ISO certification requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of IT experience in an enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, MDM (mobile device management), Notion, and various SaaS tools.
Experience managing SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions, including SAML authentication.
Highly organized with experience in ticket tracking, IT asset management, desk setups, and printer maintenance.
Familiarity with networking principles (WiFi, VPN, VLANs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP).
Experience supporting Zoom Rooms, AV hardware, and company-wide IT events.
Strong execution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Understanding of User Lifecycle Management (ULM) and managing role-based access.

Experience managing Fortinet office networks.
Experience working with macOS and Windows environments.
ITIL Certification.
Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and cybersecurity best practices.
Compensation Range for New York Based Hires
$80,000 - $95,000 USD
