We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Cell Manufacturing. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and introduction of new production lines, products, and processes for cell manufacturing, ensuring timely and successful implementation. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex engineering programs, and ensure adherence to quality and timelines. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering engineering programs for cell manufacturing
  • Drive new production line development, including process design, equipment integration, and product launches
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to optimize production processes
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting project timelines, quality, or deliverables
  • Lead trials/builds for new products, coordinating efforts across manufacturing systems
  • Implement cost-control measures and analyze data to improve production efficiency
  • Develop metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels
  • Ensure adoption of best practices and scalable solutions across global manufacturing teams
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in manufacturing, with experience in high-reliability product NPI (e.g., batteries, automotive)
  • Proven success managing complex engineering programs from concept to production
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and methodologies
  • Strong technical aptitude in manufacturing processes (e.g., automation, DFMEA)
  • Leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Analytical problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in risk assessment, mitigation, and cost optimization
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Lithium-ion battery or automotive industry experience (preferred)
