Your impact

Responsibilities:

  • IT Global Support Services Technician will be responsible for providing second line support to end users for computer workstations, application software and hardware. The team will support the internal customer in the region of Europe. Travel might be required to provide support onsite.
  • This position requires collaboration with local, regional, and global IT teams as well as individual responsibility for complex tasks typically relating to computer hardware, printers, IT installations, and/or maintenance for local, off-site, and/or remote locations.
Here's what you'll need
  • 2 -3 years support desk experience
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Good command of Polish language.
  • Good knowledge of Windows Operating System , Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Support Desk Software
  • Good background in networking concepts and technologies
  • Desire and ability to rapidly learn new technology skills
  • Backup process knowledge and good practice
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting remotely skills
  • PC/ laptop configuration familiarity
  • Ability to simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Team oriented individual.
  • Process and documentation oriented, flexible
  • Ability to travel - mainly Krakow-Warsaw + sometimes European countries (position very rarely require travels, but you may be asked to work for example 3 days in one of our European offices).
